Unfiltered Flavours is a weekly newsletter by me, Nathaniel. I’m an author, chef turned content creator and a man who likes to develop a recipe or two. Im going to show you how to spice up your kicthen, get creative, master some of the basics to cooking and you’ll be able to do this from the comfort of your home.
Now this is called Unfiltered flavours because I’ll be honest, I love food. It hasn’t always been this way and I’ve always had a love/hate relationship with food growing up. So I don’t want to put a filter on what I do, I just want to cook with my soul and let my heart guide me. I love creating exciting combinations and I have respect for the ingredients that I use. If you’re looking for quick 30 minute meals, that’s not going to be the standard here. Yeah of course there will be quick recipes, but its not the main focus. I want to show you guys how to cook with love, sometimes from scratch and go that extra mile. We are literally LOSING recipes as each generation passes and that shouldn’t be the case. The way I see it, we all have to eat and I just want to have fun doing that. Here on this newsletter I want to show you how I cook in the comfort of my home and offer you a guide to creating GOOD food with FLAVOURS.
Every other week, on a friday I’ll send a recipe for everyone to be able to enjoy, straight into your inbox. I’ll be going into detail and sharing extra tips, techniques, understanding flavours and some of my secrets.
We’ll cover things like breads from scratch, bbq’ing, knife skills, techniques and how to get the most out of your food. We will even cover the basics like pans to use, best cuts of meats and the most important thing, cooking with love.
